The evil psionics organization, PSI, in Champions Online would have a whole lot less trouble if they didn't (for example) name their front organizations obvious things like Mind Inc., or if they actually took a moment to use those mental skills before putting their faces in harm's way.

As a front organization, Mind Inc. is slightly less obvious than a 10-story neon sign, but only just barely.
